I’ve spent more than 25 years working closely with leaders across roles and levels, from emerging leaders to physicians and senior executives. That experience has given me a firsthand understanding of the competing demands, difficult decisions, and relationship dynamics that are part of leading.

Over the years, I came to realize that the work I found most meaningful was also where I could make the greatest difference: sitting down with a leader when the answer wasn’t obvious, helping them make sense of a complicated situation, weigh the choices in front of them, and decide how they wanted to lead through it.

My career has spanned healthcare, financial services, defense systems, and telecommunications, where I’ve led work in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. Having spent my career inside organizations, I understand not only the leader in front of me, but also the larger system they are working within.

I hold an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Psychology from Colgate University. I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and am certified in a range of leadership and assessment tools, including Hogan, MBTI, and the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI). I currently serve as an executive coach with Harvard Executive Education.
