Every coaching engagement is tailored to you and what you want to accomplish. Engagements can range from a few focused sessions to 6–9 months of deeper work on broader leadership goals and meaningful shifts in how you lead. Assessments and 360-degree feedback can be incorporated when they add value.

I partner with organizations to provide group coaching as part of a broader leadership development program or as a standalone experience. Leaders have the opportunity to work through real leadership challenges, learn from one another, and discover that many of the challenges they face are shared by their peers. The group provides both perspective and accountability as leaders put new approaches into practice.
I work with leadership teams that want to strengthen how they work together. This may include addressing issues that have gone unspoken, working through tension or misalignment, clarifying roles and ways of working, or using assessments to better understand team dynamics and what may need to shift.
